Which surfaces work best for setup?

We offer setup on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, pavers, and sport courts. Unfortunately, we do not setup on rocks or gravel in an effort to safeguard and protect the bounce houses. We will need access to electricity within 25ft of the bounce house set up. We ask that set ups occur without party guests present to minimize the chaos.

What if the bounce house is damaged during my event?

If our bounce houses are damaged due to negligence or preventable circumstance a repair charge will be incurred. A cleaning charge may also be applied if the items under the general rules are to be found overlooked. The general rules are as follows to ensure safety and the integrity of our inflatables: No shoes, no food or drink, no overcrowding, no wrestling, no silly string/confetti, no sand, no face paint, and no glitter.

Is a deposit required?

To secure your date, 50% of the deposit will be due immediately. The rest of the rental fee will be due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can apply your deposit to a new date. If reschedule is needed, please provide a notice of 7 days prior to your event to ensure proper scheduling. Keep in mind all bouncers are first come first serve and your date will not be secured or guaranteed until your deposit is received.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better, our business is growing every day. We strongly suggest booking 2 months in advance.

Can I customize my balloons?

Yes! We can add Vinyl to your balloons or any decorative foil balloons to fit your theme, we can also create custom colors specifically for your event.

Will you install if it’s raining or windy?

Unfortunately, this is something no one can control. For days like this, try moving your party inside. None of our rentals are permitted to be outside during rain, high winds, or extreme heat. We also will be accommodating in regard to weather and will allow for you to reschedule your event for a better day.
